Plants Don't go to Coto

Hi, my plant creators!!! How did you spend this looong weekend? Hope you have relaxed and started preparing the summaries for the test on plants!!!
Have you seen my cacti in bloom??? (the real and the virtual one) It's impossible to be unhappy when you see this kind of magic...

Well, first of all I wanted to share with you two great links on what we have been discussing in class:

* Our Argentinian scientists from Fundación Leloir discovered how plants know they are not alone
http://www.bbc.com/mundo/noticias/2014/11/141117_plantas_parientes_vecinas_argentina_lp

* Great science page for you to read, review and practise on TRANSPORT IN PLANTS
http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/gcsebitesize/science/triple_aqa/transport_systems/transport_in_plants/revision/1/

I'm also including the chart on the PARTS OF A PLANT and how to distinguish MONOCOTS from DICOTS

This is a great TED-ED video on how plants communicate!!

And last but not the least: OUR POLL!!!!
